We were all very warmly welcomed by the fireplace with a drink.
Our en suite room was beautiful and full of beautiful artwork from far away countries and was tastefully decorated and fully equipped down to the smallest detail.
Breakfast was delicious with delicious homemade jams.
We will definitely recommend them and will be back!

Warm welcome, impeccable accommodation, friendly dinner around a well-stocked table, enriching exchanges of life stories and travels, a very nice discovery to recommend without reservation, certain return when the opportunity arises.

We were warmly welcomed by our hosts, with friendly and convivial exchanges.
We really enjoyed our room, decorated with great taste in the choice of furniture, the modernism of the hi-fi equipment, but also by the travel souvenirs of the owners who thus share with us the intimacy of their memories.
We felt very comfortable there thanks to the attention we received: Coffee, tea, water and fruit juice at our disposal and a very nice bathroom.
In a word, a guest house to recommend without any hesitation.

Truly enjoyable stay, with a family atmosphere and amazing history
The property was quiet and spectacular with a fascinating history. River views and an outdoor activity feeling.
Our hosts were very engaging and accommodating.
The experience was both personal and hospitable, with an almost family atmosphere.
Personal touches, artworks and memories abound, making it all very welcoming.
Private parking was important, provided and very secure. Recommendations for local hostelries were given, and we enjoyed a local restaurant in the town.
Breakfast was first class also, and prepared as requested. A great experience which we hope to repeat!

Cozy French country house
Staying at L’heure Bleue was like stepping into a peaceful corner of the French countryside.
The house is a true gem—beautifully restored and decorated with love in authentic French country style, with soft tones, vintage touches, and an inviting, lived-in warmth that makes you instantly feel at ease.
Every detail speaks of care and character, from the thoughtfully chosen furnishings, pictures, masks to the carefully manicured garden with eating area.
Mornings began with delicious breakfasts made from fresh, local ingredients, lovingly prepared and served with grace.
But what made our stay truly unforgettable were the wonderful hosts.
Their stories, warmth, and genuine hospitality made us feel not like guests, but like friends welcomed into their home.
A perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and heart. We left rested and deeply touched by the experience.

Absolutely wonderful
It was a beautiful town with a lovely river that you could see from the bedroom.
Claude and his wife Valarie welcomed us with a drink and showed us our beautiful bedroom with a lovely large en-suite bathroom .
We had a very comfortable sleep and arranged to have breakfast at 9am breakfast was lovely .
I would stay here again and recommend to family and friends. Thank you Valarie and Claude for a lovely stay 😃

Welcoming and charming hosts with delicious cuisine
We loved our stay at L’heure bleue. Claude and Valerie are welcoming hosts and nothing was too much trouble.
The house is tastefully decorated and full of interesting artefacts.
Our bedroom was spacious had a well appointed en suite shower room.
Our hosts provided us with a delicious supper, eaten with them on their terrace and breakfast, all gluten-free on request, and even had gluten free beer at hand!
They have a magnificent cave in the garden with tunnels dating to Roman times, and a troglodyte’s paradise for those so inclined.
Our electric bikes were safely stored there and fully charged for our departure in the morning.
It is the connection with strangers that make our travels so rewarding. Many thanks.

The welcome was very warm, and the communication between the hosts and ourselves was excellent.
An ideal, quiet location and a lot of charm for this unique and tastefully decorated accommodation...
Our only regret is that we only stayed for one night; we will be happy to return for a slightly longer stay :)

A superb experience at L'Heure Bleue.
Claude and Valérie gave us a very warm welcome, and they even reserved a table for dinner at a restaurant.
The room is spacious, with a great bathroom and very well decorated. Excellent breakfast on the terrace.
